Qualitative Services
The staff at CGC Consulting Services are professionals at recruiting respondents who meet your qualifications. Our in house database keeps impeccable records of all of their past participation. And, since we are the only facility in the area, you are virtually guaranteed to find a pool of fresh virgin non professional respondents that are recruited at random and screened to your specifications.
Our brand new Focus group facility has two focus group rooms. Room 1 comfortably seats 10 – 12 respondents (conference room style) and a moderator and has plenty of room for showing commercials, boards and products. Our viewing room comfortably accommodates up to 10 clients and has full internet access. Room 2 seats 10 respondents and a moderator and can also be used for one on ones or mini groups as it is a slightly smaller room. The viewing room comfortably seats six clients. Remote viewing through video conferencing is also available (in both rooms). And, of course we have access to all of your favorite gourmet foods, from Sushi to some down home southern Bar B Que.
If your clients are in a real rush, or they are extreme VIP's, we even have an in-house helicopter that can whisk them from our front door to Downtown Atlanta, or to the airport in as little as 15 minutes.

Telephone Studies
At CGC Consulting Services we have an in-house telephone data collection center with a total of 50 stations. We conduct consumer and business to business surveys, database updates and enhancements, and telephone mystery shopping. All of our interviewers are trained, monitored and recorded with the latest in telephone equipment. Monitoring is available from anywhere in the world and we can work on all the major software platforms. You will find our pricing competitive and our production on target. We maintain the highest of quality standards and strictly adhere to the code of market research from the MRA and CASRO. On location Intercepts Our field staff of professional interviewers is experts at intercepting and interviewing people at any location in the state of Georgia. However, we do specialize in covering northern Fulton County and all of Forsyth County. Whether your study is using paper or pencil or a hand held computer, CGC will get it done and get it done on time and in budget.
Taste Tests
Our in house facility has a full kitchen that can handle almost any type of taste test. And, we have relationships with larger facilities in the immediate area for larger scale tests as well. Special requests and equipment are easily accommodated.
Central location tests Let CGC be the company to help you recruit and complete any central location tests you need. We are experts at providing unique locations for almost any test.
Mobile Interviewing Unit – At CGC we have our own Mobile Interviewing Unit that can be taken to almost any location and set up for private interviewing. This until has a kitchen, as well as, video playback capabilities and Internet access. It is a complete adaptable solution.
Car Clinics At our Cumming location we have a large parking lot that can accommodate 100 cars. Or, we can use larger enclosed facilities such as the Gwinett Arena.
Product Placements
Product placements for both consumer and business studies are not a problem. Our location is right off of Rte 400 which is the major artery of the Northern Georgia area. Our local population is extremely mobile and upscale. We can recruit both households and businesses for placements without a problem.
